B.B. King the Great Blues Man

Blues, rock and roll and blues guitar are a few words that are synonymous to the name of the great Musical legend B.B King. The Legend whose real name is Riley B. King was born September 16, 1925, in Itta Bena, Mississippi, near Indianola. He started his music very you and explored it in his local community. B.B King started his early recording's in the 1940's from there he paved a way of musical prowess that is enjoyed and revered until now. The music has influenced a lot of artist in the generations that came after him. At 76 years old he is still playing and teaching music.

His music was always accompanied by his guitar that was now made by on his honor, the "Lucille" manufactured by Gibson, one of the oldest and coolest guitar makers in history. His music include Every Day I Have the Blues, Until I'm Dead And Cold, The Blues Come Over Me and You Move Me So Blues has been the root or early rock and roll in its early age blues was integrated into music that became louder and better with the evolvement of technology.

Blues has been a great genre of music enjoyed by a lot of music lovers all over the world. With this B.B. King has always been revered and looked up by the music industry.

You will hear different rendition of the songs. This June of 2009 join us and celebrate music with the Blues Legend! The B. B. King Homecoming Festival will be again celebrated. In here you will see B.B King himself take out his Lucille and play the blues until you cry. Same old classic great music is to be expected. Not only that other artist will be present to grace us with their music and also add a couple of B. B. King's songs as cover.
